Account Setup

If your account has already been configured, but you need a new service type please follow Steps 3-7 below.

If you are trying to submit a project and only have Greek as a language option please follow the instructions below.


Before submitting your first project you need to create an XTM account.

Step 1. Click on the orange "Log in" button in the top right hand corner of the menu bar above.

Step 2. In the pop-up box, click on the "Capital One SSO LOGIN" button. Leave the Email and Password fields blank.

Step 3. Complete the ELA Project Requester Questionnaire to request all service types needed. You can request new service types at any point in the future by filling out the questionnaire again.

Note: If you do not know which service types you need please review slides 3 and 4 of the How to Submit a Project deck or contact ELA at elaprojectmanagement@capitalone.com with any questions. Do not request all service types if you do not need them as this may delay account configuration.

Step 4. Once you have submitted the questionnaire go back to XTM and log out of your account. This is a necessary step to ensure you will see your new service types when you log back in.

Step 5. ELA will review and configure your account. You will be notified via Slack when your account has been configured.

Step 6. Once you have been notified that your account is configured, log back in using SSO to view your new service type(s).

Note: Service type(s) will be visible in the upper right hand corner next to the “Log in” button. If you have multiple service types, they will appear in the dropdown menu.

Step 7. Navigate to the Submit Request tab to submit your project.
